We hope that you will be pleased with the goods that you have purchased from BedMatterz. We want all our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchase. The customer must notify us any manufacturing fault or wrong items in writing, for example by email or letter, within 7 days of the date of delivery. Notification by phone is not sufficient. If you have bought a large item such as a bed or mattress in King or S/K sizes which are damaged or faulty and would like to return it, we will be able to arrive at your home and take your item away. All we ask is that your item is in pristine condition so please take care of them and where possible ensure they are in their original packaging (you can open the packaging to inspect your item). If you fail to take reasonable care of the goods before they are returned to us, and this results in their damage or deterioration, we are not responsible for the return request. This policy excludes made to measure items (items made to the consumer’s specification). Please be aware that there will be a collection charge of £39.00.For online and telesales orders, you can only return an item within 14 days from the date of your delivery.

Note: Its customer responsibility to check their products (including all parts) carefully upon delivery. If you find your product damaged or the wrong item sent upon receipt, please do not accept the delivery, return the item with the same delivery service and sign as ‘damaged’ or ‘wrong item sent’ on the delivery note and notify us within 24 hours.If the damage has been identified after the delivery services have left, we are NOT responsible for any subsequent requests.
Exclusions: BedMatterz unable to offer any refunds or exchanges on the following items, unless faulty:
- Any specially ordered, made to measure or bespoke items
- Any Clearance items or Display Models
(Customer is fully responsible to check the Clearance Items or Display Models before their purchase)
Health and hygiene reasons we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges on the following items unless they are returned unused and in their original packaging:
- Mattress toppers
- Mattress and bedding protectors
- Vacuum packed Mattress can only be returned if they remain vacuum packed
- Duvets & Pillows
- Throws & Cursions
- Customer damaged goods
